Garden Volunteer
Works with administrators and teachers ensuring materials and time is given for successful planting seasons. This involves creating and maintaining wish list, seeking business sponsorship and yearly community clean up.
Teacher Breakfast, Luncheons, and Snacks
Efforts would focus on set up, clean up, researching budget options and communicating food and/or beverage donations asks. Along with seeking business sponsorship(s).
Picture Day Volunteers
Chair under the guidance of staff and teachers assist with fun and seamless class rotations for picture and picture re-take days.
Trunk Or Treat
Chair works with PTO on, scheduling, candy donations, car candy distribution, set up, take down, photo and videos, new initiatives, entertainment opportunities and enforcing safe event environment.
Teacher Appreciation Week
Communicating and sourcing donations, gift assembly and delivery, themes, food/beverages, set up, take down, and photo and videos of the event.
5th Grade Graduation
Researching budget options and sourcing graduation t-shirts, student recognition craft or activity, theme ideas, decorations, photo and videos and light refreshment sourcing, setup and clean up.
Scholastic Book Fairs
Scheduling of yearly events, creating, communicating and lead on volunteers, set up, take down, and ordering books for Book Vending machine.
*This effort creates a donation to PTO AND books for the Here & On Time Book Vending Machine
Turkey Trot
Scheduling of yearly event, creating, communicating and lead on volunteers, set up, take down, décor, water station, lap counting and enthusiastic cheering.
Winter Festival
PTO works in partnership with Pima Administration to host a cookie, craft, hot chocolate, and water table for this event. Setup, serving, and cleanup involved.
Dances/Festivals/Raffles/Sponsorships
Volunteer participation affects the number and size of the events hosted each year.

BINGO Night
Chair would be involved with scheduling, sourcing prizes, snack/food/beverage options, setup, take down, photos, videos, assisting MC and/or MCing.
Photography and Social Media
Do you have a passion for photography and can help us create fun and engaging event materials? This is a fantastic opportunity for a low effort / high impact activity.
